I'd amend that to "Live and pay taxes", otherwise 100% agree.

That's the way the US works. Media companies should be UK resident and pay tax in the UK, Company owners should be UK resident and pay tax in the UK, not a non-dom, not Jersey or Isle of Sarc etc.
