Dear @motorolaindia @Moto_Support Under what conditions do you replace a faulty smartphone? I had purchased a Moto G-31 in December 2021 and within 4 months, it has malfunctioned twice. Recently, in Feb-2022, it has spent full two weeks at your service centre.

In April-22, I submitted it for repairs again. It has been over a week and I am yet to receive any confirmation whether the phone is repaired or not. It is requested to kindly replace the phone instead of going through endless repairs while the phone is under warranty period.

Dear @motorolaindia @Moto_Support I had submitted my Moto G-31 with your authorised service center in Vadodara for repairs on 8th Feb. It's surprising that a phone that was purchased only a month earlier broke down. Initially I was informed that repairs would take 2-3 days which

later increased to 4-5 more days. It's almost two weeks and today I was informed that the repairs will take 4-5 more days. Shouldn't you inform your customers that they should buy a spare phone alongside a brand new Moto phone. I think it would be fair to warn people beforehand.
