I would imagine that if Allen Weisselberg gets a competent attorney they may try to hold out for full transactional immunity rather than limited use immunity. At his age he won't want to talk and then still be charged and possibly sent upstate. All or nothing. Bragg might do it.

Without a stay of Judge Howell's order denying #45's claim of executive privilege to block his staff from testifying at the grand jury, and so far there is no evidence that a motion was filed, I don't see how the filing of the appeal slows down the grand jury at all. @neal_katyal

Still no stay motion on the docket so unless the district court stayed, that based on recent history would seem unlikely. this isn't going to prevent Govt from proceeding. If Meadows won't testify they can seek criminal contempt order that typically would mean jailing him.
