The use of the word “left” here is interesting. Do you actually mean “south,” because “going south” is an actual colloquialism - at least in the US; “going left” isn’t.

There’s also a thing called Mute Button or even Block. Even better is to just take a Twitter break. How’s that for a Safety Mode? As for your use of the term “going left” - either add “or right” or rewrite your tweet.
