Uber drivers have been suffering from background checks process. The lack of communication and insufficient work drivers aren't able to work months. For example, Vakhtangi Gelashvili who has been suffering with this issue.

He and other drivers tried everything possible to get activated since they are dependent on this job. Can you please take an interest why so many drivers aren't able to work. Specifically Uber Black and Uber SUV has huge issues.

If they arrive and wait the full 7 minutes and no one shows up, they may cancel and be compensated for driving to the passenger and waiting. That is the only way a driver gets paid when they cancel instead of the passenger canceling.
