People have been brainwashed into thinking that gasoline is a fact of life. I know some who spend $1000 a month on gas but when you mention an electric vehicle they think it's too expensive. EVs are quickly being comparably priced and with volume will cost far less, plus no gas.

I am disappointed by Elon's views on humans I've seen recently, but I separate that from his accomplishments. When Starship completes its first orbital test in a month or two, it will or should blow everyone's socks off.
