Friend works at a recruitment company that just spent £118k urgently updating systems and training staff to deal with the end of IR35, only to have this shambolic govt U-turn.
So now they have to spend money reverting to old systems again.

IMF just released their World Economic Outlook for Oct 2022 - they have revised their projections on GDP growth from April, and now show UK GDP growth higher than G7 countries Germany and Italy in 2023.
The IMF report in April had UK lowest growth in G7 in 2023.

My son in law is doing his a bit in his own way by cycling 300 miles this month in between work and everything .
