It seems that the expiration date for the certificate of eligibilities for students and technical interns issued after the 1st of April 2021, will be extended until the 30th of April 2022.

Isn't it quite a good time for the Japanese govt to make a move and open borders for fully vaxxed people? Japan Vax rate has passed 60% of population as covid19 curbs ease. I don't see why not!
