So we are told just accept it, deal with it, surrender to it. Why? Well because we can never ensure that enough of the population is vaccinated. Why? Well because we certainly can't mandate vaccinations? Why. Well because of vigorous push back from the anti science crowd.

Unanchored inflation expectations are also my main concern. Our business survey shows that 50% of businesses are expecting inflation to be above 5% 6 months from now. Meanwhile, more than 25% of consumers are expecting inflation to be above 5% 3 years from now. Not small numbers.
