When it comes to planning and scheduling my day, I鈥檝e tried it all: 鉂屄燙alendar blocking, bullet journaling, 90-minute focus sessions, and the MIT method. 鉁吢燗nd yet I keep going back to a simple, digital to-do list.

鉃★笍聽This is how I work: I sit down for 5 minutes every night to take stock of the work I need to do the next day and I just create a to-do list. Then I move things around to keep them in order of priority 鈥 the most important on top and the least on the bottom.

馃搯聽鉂屄燙alendar blocking doesn鈥檛 work for me. I need to have the freedom to shift my work around the day and blocking time slots on a calendar is just too friction. Similarly, 90 min focus sessions, don鈥檛 work because I can focus for longer and setting alarms is distracting.

鉃★笍聽Goals change with time. It鈥檚 okay to change with them 鉃★笍聽People who did before aren鈥檛 smarter than you. They just started & didn鈥檛 stop till they figured it out
