Worst company worst service Please never ever gift my item using Amazon ...they are just ridiculous...they give you defective products ...and put your image at stake in front of another person...and when you will ask for replacement...they will tell you their policies. @JeffBezos

Worst customer service from Amazon. I don't recommend people to buy any electronics from Amazon as they don't provide customer service or serve us if the product is under warranty. The least option that they do is they just ask us to wait for weeks and no resolution at end.

Seriously? My account got hacked 8 months put on block by your security team. Sent numerous emails & shared copy of complaint raised with Cyber cell then after no response, no way to connect with your customer care. If you can't resolve issues then no purpose to use your services

M confused, when private shipping players are shipping since last 5 years in my location, you are still sticking to India post which normally takes one month to deliver. That's a big problem otherwise Amazon is the best among e commerce sites in India.

you were always this 👍 | but in recent times it's sometimes this 👎 your return policy recently was a real crazy one | thrice the pickup was not aware of the return reason | next just one call from pickup (which gets spam filtered) and again return goes void 5th time no return
