The car she was in was targeted at close range
Yalanskaya stayed behind in Kyiv to volunteer as everyone fled around her

Japan is now saying it wants to attract 6 million foreigners to work here but the last two years have demonstrated that foreign workers and even residents will face aribtrary and unscientific discrimination in a crisis.

The reason is that when you do SSG you are limited in the amount of stuff you can prerender on a dynamic page!
Here you can see the SSG page render first when someone in HKG loads it, but the page is completely done in over 2x the time of the dynamic SSR page.
