But anyone who themselves confesses would be eligible for punishment. If proven, by confession or 4 witnesses, it has to be enforced. The guy was really insistent on wanting to be judged for his sin but then regretted it during the punishment.

There should be some kind of penalty for using the memory of civil rights activism against voting. What do you think the March on Selma was for? The movement wouldn’t have worked without elected politicians who passed the Civil Rights Act.
