Welp that’s an unfollow
I think it’s a perfectly consistent position to say that the sex trade, in its numerous forms, harms all women..and if you choose it and defend it, as a woman of means, you are a traitor to women as a whole.

Great news! The effort to recall me from office has failed. It didn't qualify for the ballot. Today is the end of a wasteful, distracting abuse of the electoral process. But it's nowhere near the end of attacks on our progressive values and solutions to homelessness. (thread)

if you feel betrayed by a woman you don't know doing sex stuff for money that's on you. I personally choose to mind my business

This in no way suggests that housing leads to drug use or overdose. I’d suggest an intro to research methods.

You quoted a study which concludes that populations with higher levels of drug use tend to overdose at higher rates than the general population 🤷🏻‍♂️
Is SF’s drug ghetto flava of housing first helping the housed people, or do they... ya know... suffer hair-raising overdose mortality? Is this the housing first utopia that was promised? If SF has great measured outcomes, let's all hear about it. I'd love to read that.

Every time @MrAndyNgo has tweeted lies or misleading information about me, his fans call for me to kill myself, be murdered, or be raped. Not most times. Every time. @TwitterSafety must take a stand against his violent hate and dangerous misinformation campaigns.

maybe this is a hot take? self-identified liberals who bemoan the lack of "reasonable conservatives": the world will make a lot more sense when you stop trying to rehabilitate fascism and come to terms with the fact that it's you. you are the reasonable conservatives

Genaro Leal, a resident at this camp, tells me this is a particularly bad location for the City to be moving people around in, as many of the othr residents are disabled. Here is how this side of the street looks now

Kevin de León was quoted in last week's article by @hillelaron saying that he was pausing sweeps under section 41.18 due to COVID. de León is clearly using "special enforcement zones" and other loopholes to continue his sweeps under other code sections.

A Sgt. Flanagan just walked over to me and grabbed my press pass, told me the City of LA didn't issue it, and that he doesn't want to see me cause any trouble. He also told me there were 1,500 beds available in LA County, which I quickly confirmed was not true with LAHSA

Any homelessness “solution” that starts with the premise “whatever we offer is automatically an improvement over life on the street, as long as it has a roof,” is both factually incorrect and ethically unsound. It’s “beggars can’t be choosers” in policy form. 1/4
