Now I am feeling better. But I am anxious and scared but I can’t show this at home bcuz 1 I don’t want to worry my daughter and I have to be strong for my partner. He doesn’t know how to deal with all of this

Confession: Monday morning, out of nowhere. I brought my daughter to camp. While I was having a lil chat with one of the instructors I had a heart attack. I fainted for 15 minutes. It was a scary experience. I am only 35 and my Dr told me I am too stressed.
