All of this. The argument for RCT’s for airborne mitigation for C-19 has, and always will be, fatally flawed and the biggest hoax of the pandemic.
Yes. The flaw in our Pandemic response, was we weren't RCTing Physics *enough*. We needed MDs to answer some age old questions (via the revolutionary RCT process), such as: "Can energy by created or destroyed?" "Are Van der Waals forces a hoax?" "Is Browning Motion a thing?"

Not looking forward to how the "Omicron is just a cold" crew serves to downplay this death.

#Ableg Welcome to Alberta, the only place in Canada where: ✅ 20% of the population remains unvaccinated ✅ 9,000,000 rapid tests went missing ✅ 81,000 surgeries are cancelled Serious question: How is ⁦@jkenney⁩ still the premier? #Abpoli nitter.fdn.fr/billius27…

TW: drowning/suffocation/COVID Unless you’ve watched the light go out in someone’s eyes as they drowned in their own fluids, I’m not interested in your opinion about how many deaths from COVID are acceptable. 1/

Good. @HSAAlberta also demand N95s for all staff and patients please!
The Health Sciences Association of Alberta (HSAA) will call on the province to act and ensure the success of the public health-care system as the Omicron variant of COVID-19 continues to spread. @TysonFedorTV#yyc #yeg #yql #redalert calgary.ctvnews.ca/alberta-s…

So what do systemic (serum) and local (cerebrospinal fluid; CSF) cytokines look like after this mild respiratory-only infection? Not surprisingly, we see many elevated cytokines 7 days after infection in the serum. We also see elevated cytokines in the CSF. (5/)

This is what I’ve been saying. It’s ok to press pause, the only race is the one you’re creating. Kids will catch up.

I simply can't understand how @AdrianaLaGrange or @jkenney can just allow students and staff to sit in rooms of 30+ with a highly infectious, debilitating, airborne virus. It's unconscionable.
Seeing soooooooo many accounts of teachers or students with covid, or with exposures to positive cases in the past few days, etc. UCP KNEW this would happen. UCP just ‘letting it rip’ through schools this way is evil. Just pure evil. That’s all.

Poignant and heartbreaking.
It's six AM. I'm still in bed and my eyes are barely open. I reach for my phone. I check my email. Last night's sign out just arrived. I scan last the names I don't recognize, looking for one in particular... 🧵

UK guidance is based on a 70-page 'rapid review'; one need go no further than p5-10 & its section conclusion p12-13, to conclude that the document is unfit-for-purpose. It neither defines modes of transmission nor presents evidence for their existence. nipcm.hps.scot.nhs.uk/media/…
