Still frustrating now my mortgage is cheaper than rent was by a huge margin. Why did I have to pay landlords for close to a decade when I could clearly afford the payments.
The Queen’s Speech needs to announce a new law stating that if you can afford £1100 a month for rent for twelve months in a row, banks must acknowledge that you can afford a mortgage of £750 a month, mainly because £1100 is more than £750.

Think this was a pretty sensible play since its been reopened, he'd never survive being fined his credibility vs Johnson is the most important string in his bow. Still don't know what he'd actually be fined for nothing I've seen contradicts the original defence.
