Keelung City is in the process of rebranding; here's the new logo (announced late last year), the old logo, and the Japanese colonial era city emblem for comparison.

Is this really a good promotion for Grand Hotel Taipei 圓山大飯店 ? Does it look like a luxury, top dollar hotel suite? No.
