Love it. I discovered this way of working (vertical slicing and evolutionary design) from @IndustrialLogic (@JoshuaKerievsky) Their illustration even uses a guitar as an example.

Are rigid or outdated rules and processes killing your company or team? Blindly following fixed processes or rules can harm a software development company more than it does good. Some examples: #softwaredevelopment #scrum #agile
