There is a bit of a pattern here. This week courts in the UK, who have dragged their feet for decades over cases in which British military intelligence were implicated, have delivered three judgments, all in favour of the victims.

The Supreme Court in London has ruled that the PSNI was not independent in its investigation into the murder of West Belfast woman Jean Smyth-Campbell. Jean was killed in a drive by shooting carried out by an undercover British army unit in 1972. Statement from her family ⬇️
