Just to be clear, the US Government is asking the Court for the ability to pursue individuals for criminal and civil liability for making distributions of cryptocurrency to creditors under the Plan. As a result, the US Government is delaying creditor recoveries.

1/ Today, the court held a hearing on the US Government’s motion to stay the confirmation order pending their appeal of the order. At the conclusion of the hearing, the court took the matter under advisement but indicated that the motion will be denied.
