Sinon au fond, je suis d'accord qu'il faudrait réglementer l'écosystème des crypto (oui c'est bien un écosystème) mais avec les outils crypto. Par exemple le Proof of Reserve sur les exchanges ou autres intermédiaires n'est possible qu'avec les cryptos.

Implement PoR rendrait les acteurs bien plus vertueux que n'importe quel acteur financier traditionnel. L'auditabilité c'est bien le truc que les cryptos ont et que le fiat n'a pas.
