In case you don't make it, "tilt" is anger. Typically overconfidence leads to mistakes that piss you off, and then tilt is the resulting mistakes that come from that anger.

could never figure out anger in trading bcos I've never felt angry during yrs of trading (except a lone revenge trading episode). the book helped see anger as just amped up frustration and frustration is something I can clearly grasp as I go thru it frequently.
