So, right now, the Democrats control the House, Senate, and the executive branch, and they can’t pass a law to protect abortion, but if the Republicans take the House and Senate in November, they’ll pass an abortion ban?

Biden has it right. If we lose the House & the Senate in November, Republicans will pass a nationwide ban on abortion. That means Democrats must fight for every seat.
