I don't understand folks assuming the workforce shortage is b/c people don't want to work. Over 700k people died from Covid - many Frontline Workers (bus drivers, food service, HCWs etc) & many more are disabled from Covid. Honestly, the ignorance is so infuriating #Covid_19

There are unseen/unspoken of complications of covid that folks are battling daily. Many are dealing w/psychological consequences of having covid months/year ago. They are now battling paralyzing anxiety/depression/chronic fatigue. We have no idea how devastating this illness is
