All that weight lifting don’t mean a damn thing if you can’t bend , twist and turn your body! The best lineman are flexible in their hips , ankles , back and hamstrings. Highschool and college lineman u need 2 work on this daily! #WillieAndersonLinemanAcademy

College Lineman that come to us are jacked up. Their hip flexors are shot . Most have ankle stiffness and lower back problems! Damn Colleges , have y’all still not caught with Modern training! It’s the reason these kids go to pros and stay injured .
