The European Union announced a Ban on All Russian Flagged Ships entering European Ports on April 8th, the only Countries so far that have implemented this Ban are: -Estonia 🇪🇪 -Bulgaria 🇧🇬 -Italy 🇮🇹 -Romania 🇷🇴 So 23 European Union Member States have not yet put the Ban in place

The Netherlands is so far the only Country to announce that they will not Close their Ports to Russian Ships even though they are a European Union Member and are technically required to implement the Ban passed by the EU Parliament, though so far they have Refused.

The Netherlands has recently announced that they will also be Banning Russian Ships from their Ports in accordance with EU Sanctions although there are a large number of exceptions that practically make the Ban useless from a Financial Sanctions View.

This is sadly not true, in fact Russian Coal is still flowing through Finnish Ports to other Countries around the World.

The Finnish Ban has a 4 Month grace period and Russian Coal and other Exports are still flowing through Finnish Ports.
