1/2: In 2020, Trump called Democrats "fascists" in '20 while surrounded by military officials. No one remembers it bc Dems didn't feel threatened by his false claim. Today, MAGA Republicans are angry at President Biden for a similar remark. Because they know it's true.

2/2: There are 3 main kinds of Trumpers: ❌ Foolish ❌ Evil ❌ In denial That last group knows Trump is a fascist & wants dictatorship. When Biden & others call out what the far-right actually wants, this pops the tender bubble of self-delusion. It's why they're so angry.

BONUS: Here is Trump at Mount Rushmore on the 4th of July 2020 holding a campaign rally and saying that people he disagrees with believe in "fascism"
Republicans applauded when Trump held a campaign rally at Mt Rushmore where he smeared private citizens opposing Confederate statues as "a new, far-left fascism" He abused a national symbol while vowing to imprison people. President Biden has coddled the far right by comparison.

Here's a THIRD Trump speech tossing around false accusations of "fascism" at Democratic voters
Here's yet another event in which Trump repeatedly called Democratic voters "fascists." This one was just a few months ago on 2/26 in a CPAC Florida rant. He threw in "socialists, globalists, Marxists, & communists" and some Christian supremacism as well.

It is difficult to find good definitions of #fascists and #fascism. Most definitions include an embrace of violence and threats and intimidation — to suppress opposition and criticism.

Helpful definitions of treason, sedition, coup, terrorism, and fascism — as we understand the ongoing threats are not over, and that is why it is important to hold perpetrators accountable:

Even though this is a whataboutism, Trump calling democrat LAWMAKERS fascist doesn’t really compare to Biden calling normal everyday people (almost half of America) a threat to democracy. Biden’s definition of a MAGA Republican is someone who disagrees with him. Lol

No James, 1/2 the country is NOT MAGA. Only 60% of ELIGIBLE voters voted in 2016 & more voted for Hillary; in 2020 66% of ELIGIBLE voters voted. Biden got 81+M votes, or 51.3%. TFG got 74+M votes, or 46.8%. “Normal everyday people” don’t support violence to overturn elections.
