He looks like a trusted pastor telling you he’s sorry, he’s not going to report your attacker to the police, your attacker is just too important to the ministry — and are you sure the attack wasn’t really your fault?

No. He attends church. He wears a respectable suit. He forms networks of good ol boys, and temps them to protect themselves instead of doing what’s right.
