DE drinking water has not been impacted by the chemical spill in a tributary of the Delaware River in Bristol, PA. Water treatment facilities that service DE do not take in water directly from the DE River. There is no impact to Delawareans at this time.

A car crashed into the Inner Harbor today. Could have been a tragic scene but for a brave sous chef from @PhillipsSeafood who jumped into the water, breaking the glass to save the driver. I’m hearing both are receiving treatment at the hospital.

"Lock down" is apparently the magic word to get police to respond to a violence threat at your school. "Currently secured in the building" just won't do it as @izzihughes_ reports in this piece on the 76 minutes it took DSP to respond to a school in Oct. delawareonline.com/in-depth/…
