Happy 87th birthday to the very best to ever do it in Vancouver. Made my childhood as a #Canucks fan that much better.

Amen! For me, Jim Robson will always be “the voice of the Vancouver Canucks”

Jim got to do some special games outside Vancouver, but it says a lot he retired on the West coast

Always turned down the sound on the TV and listened to Jim in the radio.

The best of the best. So very many of my memories of the Canucks in the 80s and 90s are directly associated with him and his play calling. Also, cannot forget Tommy. #canucks #JimRobson

I remember being gripped listening to him call a game. Next day I would read in the paper it was one of the most boring games of the year. Great talent
