News: Andi Perez, political director for SEIU 32BJ, says at Speaker Mark Rozzi's listening tour that she was sexually harassed by a sitting state lawmaker while advocating for a labor bill. Perez said she tried to file a complaint, but couldn't bc she's not a House employee.

Perez said a House rule change that would hold lawmakers accountable for harassment has not yet been considered by state lawmakers. "This piece of legislation, despite having bipartisan support, was never even heard, let alone adopted," she said.
