Let’s solve the crime problem first where it is worst. If we have a certain amount to spend- let’s spend it addressing the higher crime group and not let our emotions get in the way of what the data clearly shows is good policy.

I'm not sure you're right about that. Considering Tesla revenues (with sub-par eng org as you say) increasing each year and Twitter in its current/old form underperforming the market for the last 10 years. Chart is revenue.
