And FedEx, rather than replying and asking me to DM you my tracking number, please don’t bother. It’s not a lost package. It’s a systemic problem and it needs to get fixed. Please pass it up the line.

Still no light bulbs. You gotta love how a package that’s already nine days overdue with “no scheduled delivery date at this time” is listed as “potentially delayed”.
FedEx: If you can’t handle the load then accept fewer packages. Otherwise you’ll kill Christmas.

Fed up with my package sitting in FedEx’s depot for two weeks I resolved to call them today and demand delivery. I called them at 1-800-GO-FEDEX and, while it was ringing I refreshed the tracking page and suddenly it says ‘On truck for delivery’.
I should’ve called sooner.

I now have two other packages coming my way via FedEx Ground and the moment they’re a day late I’m calling to raise hell. Eff this two week grace period I’ve been giving them.
