Same in Portland. They had two employees for an entire warehouse both of whom were so overwhelmed they could only manage a weekly package scan on all the packages to confirm they weren’t lost. I’m sympathetic to the labor shortage, but stop accepting packages you can’t deliver.
Exactly! The next move is going to be writing to each company I buy from that ships via FedEx Ground, asking them to consider switching to UPS because then their customers might get their purchases within three weeks of being shipped out.
