@MBTA There's this really odd, annoying noise that constantly plays at Kenmore station--it reminds me of the sound that those little dog toys that walk make. What is it, and would you consider turning it off

That's the elevator on the northbound platform, it plays when the elevator goes down. It's a mechanical noise, unfortunately
