In the wake of Dobbs, @SecBecerra should immediately begin the @HHSGov rulemaking process necessary to dramatically narrow the law enforcement exception to HIPAA's Privacy Rule. Healthcare providers should not be allowed to snitch on patients for, eg, a miscarriage.

He’s the former CA AG. “Top cop” isn’t going to prevent police from getting info they want. He will enable them just like he did LASD gangs. He does not work for the ppl.
