This will have an impact of exactly 0% on the use of illicit drugs. Prohibition doesn't work. This is proven beyond all doubt after almost a century of it. This will, however, devastate countless lives with unjust convictions & increase lack of trust in the police to do right.

What are you doing about your police officers who make women feel unsafe… it wasn’t just Wayne Couzens… I’ll give you an example: a group of police officers in a police van pulling over, talking to women and making them feel unsafe.
