Oh god, I'm out the loop regarding Windows development since 2009. But I remember the massive slow-down when switching from VS2008 to VS2010. Seems to have gotten even worse :-/

Ну да, ну и заебись! Мне как-то не тепло ни холодно что условная Винда много всего умеет но как-то больше для себя, а мне то что она умеет не нужно

I think about why and how we ended up here a lot Are we more productive on todays messy, slow and bloated computers? If not, how have we ended up here? Shouldn't the fast and productive win out? Is it because of the duopoly? No real alternative? Is there a simple answer?
