Strange that the Sunday Times insisted on Mark Tighe working out his notice [and he's certainly filed some decent stories in the past six weeks] before he, apparently, joins the Sindo.
Sunday Times loss is Sindo gain.
Is that the Sunday Times Mark Tighe off to work with the Sindo? And being replaced with a "general journalist" at the Sunday Times? He'll be missed, a cut above the "general" particularly with his contacts in, or in the orbit of, the FAI. Sad to see the Times declining.
