I agree it's a bit of a disaster, but remember *last* summer when the South was blowing up and the North and Europe were not. Now remember last winter?
Impossible to read this as anything other than an utter failure.

In georgia, per capita summer death rates in the Trump low vax areas are 4x higher than metro atl. There was no difference last summer.

I can't find the chart, but there was a rise in COVID in CA and it has since peaked at like 1/4th the death rates of FL. Oregon and Idaho are also not in the South and the red areas there are dying.

Yes, that would be the isolated Delta wave under conditions of much much higher vax rates.
