I wish I knew this before
Your focus levels improve tremendously with consistent workouts. It's because your ability to focus on one movement with a proper form for a long time increases steadily over time.
You don't just build muscle in the gym but a whole new personality.
April 8, 2021 was my last day with Walmart.
April 9, 2021 was my b'day.
April 10, 2021, I started working on VegFit full time.
It's been precisely a year.
Many good days. More than many struggling days.

- Try a different workout routine with increased intensity/frequency
- Increase your protein intake
- Don't rely on the scale alone. Body recomposition might be happening while you don't see a weight loss
- Eat veggies and other fibrous foods
- Don't worry too much. Avoid stress

Some people have a naturally slow metabolism. In case your metabolism is slow you burn fewer calories at rest as compared to someone with a naturally fast metabolism

What should you focus on?
Both are necessary and you have to give your 100% to both. But without proper nutrition, your workouts won't be much effective. Without workouts, you'll never achieve excellent fitness.
Fix your nutrition first and work out often
- Buy from the official website or authorized dealers only
- Make sure the box is sealed from the outside and inside
- Price test - No good whey protein is available under Rs 1600/kg
