- Try a different workout routine with increased intensity/frequency - Increase your protein intake - Don't rely on the scale alone. Body recomposition might be happening while you don't see a weight loss - Eat veggies and other fibrous foods - Don't worry too much. Avoid stress

Nutrition V/S Workout What should you focus on? Both are necessary and you have to give your 100% to both. But without proper nutrition, your workouts won't be much effective. Without workouts, you'll never achieve excellent fitness. Fix your nutrition first and work out often
