what were the health issues u had when you were 31??

Knee pain started and I was scared if I will get arthritis like my mother. My upper body wasn't strong for a lot of outdoor activities and I wanted to get better at it.

Why would you consider 58kg unhealthy? Was weight the reason of your health issues or was it just a peripheral measure of your fitness?

No, not saying unhealthy due to weight. My lower body strength was v poor and so was my cardiovascular health.

Consistency comes from a drive. My drive is the pain my mom goes through coz of Arthiritis. My father had open-heart surgery. I am working hard to be healthy till death bed.
