OMG THIS IS AMAZING: The MAGA Arizona county who refused to certify the results of the November election will cost Republicans a seat in the House: If the 47,000 ballots are not included in the final tally, Democrat Kirsten Engel will take the seat.

Not good. Sets a terrible precedent. What if the seat was won by a Dem and it flipped because they refused to certify? This is bad news if I'm reading it right

Since when would a Democrat not certify? The only party that has done that were Republicans.

This would be in the Dems favor. Next time it could go against them. Bad precedent

That is literally what is happening. They are not certifying because 3 dems won.

But they're flipping a legally elected seat. Doesn't matter the party. The winner loses because they're mad. Disenfranchisement of all those voters.

It鈥檚 a red area. Highly doubtful they鈥檇 elect a blue candidate.

I'm talking about precedent, meaning anywhere. Once it's allowed, any county can use it as a strategy.

GOP would, as they are now, and it could impact or flip a Dem won seat if the votes aren't certified and ignored. Then, this wouldn't be a happy situation. They're calculating.

The thing to do so that doesnt happen would be to certify the election result innit?

Yup. Sue them, as is being done
