Currently Medicare is BANNED from negotiating lower prescription drug prices for 46 million seniors. I have been leading a major bill on this for years and this is the time to get it done. ⬇️ 💊 prices now. Not half-way. Not ten years from now. Now.

why do you oppose Medicare-for-All which by most estimates would have saved 200,000 lives in the pandemic?

Medicare cost us $140 plus in premiums out of our checks. It barely covers anything. Why would anyone want expensive premiums with minimal coverage?

Medicare covers more than private insurance, which has much higher monthly premiums and exorbitant deductibles.

My insurance through work was 25.00 a month with a 2.00 copay. No deductible and covered 80%. For the care my husband and I need our Medicare covers around 20%

Stop repeating anti-Medicare propaganda. Medicare is probably better insurance than what you were paying for before you turned 65.

As opposed to private, for-profit, insurance which costs 4x that much and has deductibles, co-pays, and benefit limits? Yeah, great take.

I'll trade you. For a family of 3* I'm paying more for health insurance than my mortgage and property taxes, with a 5K deductible. * My company covers me 100% , I'm only paying for 2.

🤦‍♀️Medicare covers more than almost all commercial insurance, its allowable billing rates are way lower, doesn't deny medically necessary tests and procedures, has a national network of doctors, and no referrals. For $144.50....Also all MA plans allow for formulary exceptions

With Medicare, unless you go through an emergency room, you have to have prior authorization for everything. It took 5 weeks to get approval for an ultrasound & CT Scan. My last surgery I was billed $1,547. I have A, B, and D yet still pay.

What are you talking about it “barely covers anything”?? I’ve had five surgeries in the past three years, and Medicare has covered all of it. They have negotiated rates for nearly everything. What are you talking about??

Are you on Medicare? I am. And with my conditions and medications it doesn't cover much. The only thing they have covered 100% is ER visits
