McMillan - observation that when the NM discussion began, people thought that we'd be creating a NM upon a 'recovered' transit system; however, we may need to shift our thinking toward NM as a framework overlaid on a permanently changed mobility landscape.

Currier (Transform) - As we consider risk, let's make sure we consider the risk to riders. She will do her best to try to center the voices of riders and people with disabilities, who are underrepresented on this task force.
