The so-called #FamilyGlitch has plagued the #ACA since it went fully into effect in 2014. The short version is that millions of Americans who *should* be eligible for subsidies haven't been due to how it was interpreted by the feds at the time.

Problem is the "family glitch" where once you add family members, premiums skyrocket and if group policy CAN cover family members (regardless of cost), no subsidies! I'm paying $20k/yr to cover family under bs/bs hmo group policy. Not eligible for subsidies! #aca #familyglitch
