I booked a hotel in #oyorooms yesterday with the help of an oyo executive and it was a prepaid booking. When I went to that hotel to check-in the hotel staff didn't allow me to do so and said they stopped getting booking from @oyorooms. This is a clear #fraud .

I have done my pre-booking in Oyo application, i reached the hotel and I won't be allowed for check-in.
I have none other option than cancellation.
After suffering a lot, you refunded me partially.

I booked a room on 27th, June. But on visiting didn't like the property. Tried cancelling the booking from the counter(reception of property). But receptionist refused and asked to do via app. We did but didn't get any refund yet. Please help
