Yes definitely looks like there were 3 pretty accurate stay cigarettes in 3 different places at least. Either Pass the Dutchie is the new Russian anthem or the cigarette story is fake news. Like we didn’t know already though hey guys, kinda heard it a few times now. #RussiaOnFire
I can make out three craters, at sites that appear to be used for storage, so it could be they were targeted and everything else was destroyed when whatever was stored there went up. I'll also note the craters are a similar size.
