✨”Ghost World” by Daniel Clowes. read it because i liked the movie, but it was pretty different. wasn’t feeling it until the issue where enid has a breakdown and listens to her childhood records. very 90s cynical teen girl. weird mix of relatable and alien. 8/10 👻☎️📼🚌🍟✉️👓🎀

✨”Vivisectionary” by Kate Lacour. extremely weird. fairly grotesque. all around messed up. it was good though. i liked the minerals section and was partial to images 24, 36, 38, and 47. i don’t know what i expected tbh i just picked it up at the library. 6/10 💉🫀🧠👁🫁🪱👄🔬
